Gollé Goulu's garlic won't arrive until September. What better way to wait than with a garlic flower? The flower stalk is cut off before flowering, so that the bulb can mature fully. You can munch it raw (a little spicy, though!) or keep it chopped in the freezer to replace stale garlic at the end of the season.
