BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
(ACCOMMODATION AND CAMPING)
The conditions of sale are described and accepted via a url link when booking online. If it differs from the description below, the policy displayed and accepted at the time of booking prevails.
At the time of booking, a deposit of 25% of the cost of the stay is required. In the event of cancellation: the 25% deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation 48 hours or more before arrival or one night plus tax will be charged to your credit card.
Reservations are payable by credit card by telephone (25%). The balance (75%) is paid on site upon arrival by credit card, debit or cash.
For reservations on external platforms (Reservit, Airbnb, Booking.com, Tuango, Bonjour Nature, chalets à rabais, etc.), the payment terms and cancellation policy indicated on the platform apply.
Once the purchase or reservation has been made, you agree to read the information, including the establishment’s rules and regulations, which you will find via various links that we will send you by e-mail or other means of communication. OTHER CONDITIONS AND POLICIES
Le Gollé Goulu may interrupt, temporarily or permanently, the operation, in whole or in part, of its site www.gollegoulu.ca. In no event will Le Gollé Goulu or its service providers be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of or related to the delay or inability to use this site or the inadvertent introduction of a virus at the user’s point of entry. The Privacy Policy is also part of the Terms of Use and is described in the next section of this document.
Le Gollé Goulu may modify these terms of use at any time. It is the user’s responsibility to be aware of any changes without prior notice from Le Gollé Goulu or its service providers. The site and its use are governed by Quebec law. Any dispute arising in connection therewith shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
Breakage, damage, cleanliness and respect: An additional cleaning fee may be charged if the accommodation is left in a poor state. Fees may also be charged for breakages to accommodations, service buildings and equipment, as well as for damage to trees or to nature, or for failure to comply with accommodation rules and regulations. These costs are charged within a maximum of 5 working days after the customer’s departure.
Campers are responsible for their own safety: Gollé Goulu cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries or any other damage occurring either on the site or elsewhere on Gollé Goulu property. Parents must supervise their children at all times. To ensure harmony, users of a site or accommodation may call on the management for any breach of these rules.
As the person responsible for a campsite or accommodation, your commitment reads as follows: Anyone bringing in a pet must make sure to mention it on arrival at Gollé Goulu.
